What is ArtGlo?

ArtGlo is a unique brand of customizable, illuminated, outdoor decor. ArtGlo harnesses proprietary solar-powered illumination technology to create vibrant, energy-efficient, and customizable signs that add your personality to any outdoor setting.

How does ArtGlo work?

ArtGlo’s Easel 1.0 and art prints utilize advanced LED technology in conjunction with a proprietary, patent-pending light-diffusing system. The LED lights within the sign automatically illuminate the entire design when the sun goes down, casting a radiant glow. The result is a stunning piece of illuminated art that can be personalized to your taste.

How long does the light stay on?

The panel will illuminate continuously for 4 hours. After 4 hours, the light turns off to preserve the battery life of the panel.

How big is the panel?

ArtGlo signs come in a standard size of 18 inches by 24 inches. This size has been chosen to provide an optimal balance between visibility and convenience. The signs can be displayed in both portrait and landscape orientations to suit your design preferences and space requirements.
ArtGlo Easel 1.0 weighs just over 5 lbs. With the stand and mounting options, the total package weight comes to 7 lbs.

Are ArtGlo signs safe to use?

Absolutely. Safety is a top priority for us at ArtGlo. Our signs use LED lights, which are known for their cool operation and energy efficiency. The signs are built with durable materials designed for longevity and safety. However, like any electrical product, they should be used responsibly. ArtGlo signs do not make good skateboards, frisbees, pitching backstops, or footstools.

Can I customize an ArtGlo sign?

Yes, customization is one of ArtGlo's most exciting features! In addition to our range of pre-designed signs, we also give our customers the opportunity to make their unique designs glow. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It typically takes 5-7 business days for your order to arrive. All of our orders are print-on-demand. We ship new orders out on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

What are your shipping charges?

For your convenience, shipping is included in all of our pricing.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally. All of our orders are shipped domestically via ground shipping.

How do I care for and maintain my ArtGlo sign?

ArtGlo panels are designed for the outdoors. They can take a beating, but sometimes need to be freshened up. Using a soft microfiber towel, and some warm water with dish soap will bring your panel and insert back to looking fresh!

Placing an order is easy! Just browse our catalog, select your desired sign, and click "Add to Cart". If you're creating a custom design, use our easy design tool to create your sign, then add it to your cart. When you're ready to check out, click on your cart and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a wide variety of payment methods for your convenience. These include major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is my payment information secure?

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We begin processing your order as soon as it's placed to ensure quick delivery, so we're unable to modify or cancel orders once they've been submitted. Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty:

What is your return policy?

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our ArtGlo signs. We want you to love your ArtGlo product and we understand that sometimes things just don't work out.
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your ArtGlo sign in its original, unused condition within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we deduct the cost of the printed sign panel ($25) from the refund amount to cover production costs.
Customized Items: Due to their unique nature, customized ArtGlo signs cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect. We strongly encourage our customers to double-check the details of their customized orders before submission.
Defective or Incorrect Items: We do our best to ensure that you receive your product in perfect condition. However, if your ArtGlo sign arrives defective or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and replacement at no additional cost to you.

What if my panel arrives damaged?

At ArtGlo, we are committed to ensuring that every product you order arrives in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, items may be damaged during transit. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Send us an email at support@artglo.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product. Our customer service team will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We may ask you to return the damaged product to us. If this is the case, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive and confirm the damage, we'll expedite a replacement at no additional cost to you. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Do you offer a warranty?

Every ArtGlo product comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty, assuring you of its quality and durability. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in your ArtGlo sign from the date of purchase. If a defect arises within the warranty period, please contact our customer service at support@artglo.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We will either repair or replace your product free of charge. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
We may ask you to return the damaged product to us. If this is the case, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive and confirm the damage, we'll expedite a replacement at no additional cost to you. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
